Our Meringue Powder is perfect for special icings and meringues. Can also
be used for cookies, shells and other desserts. Flavor and color as

Meringue: Dissolve 3/4 cups of granulated sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Add 1/4 cup meringue powder. Beat to a high peak. Bake and use according to your recipe! Covers a 9 inch pie.
Royal Icing: Beat 1/4 cup meringue powder into 1.2 cup cold water until a peak forms. Beat in 4 cups of confectioner's sugar until desired consistency. Add more sugar if a stiffer icing is preferred. Add 3 drops of glycerin if a soft icing is required.
