I have been using this product for 6 months. My cholesterol level was high, and my blood pressure was 160/80 to 160/110. After 6 months of using this product, I am down to a more normal 120/80 to 120/90. I do find this product increases my energy, so I avoid taking it at night. I sometimes blend in hibiscus flower loose tea too, as it adds flavour, and hibiscus is also known to reduce cholesterol and blood pressure.

Curious... Within my first week of taking High Cholesterol Complex, I was better able to concentrate and focus, and I felt less stressed out overall. My friend got me into this product after he felt better taking it. If you knew me, you would know I am the last person in the world who would be interested in natural supplements. However... The taste is ok, but I add it to juice, or even a strong café-au-lait type of coffee - 50/50 milk/coffee. This isn't specifically an energy product, but it improves my energy anyways. I don't get groggy during the days I take this. I find myself less out of breath during the day. I also find I sleep better at night, but not if I take it too close to bedtime, otherwise, I will lay awake. I think the increased energy levels during the day lead to deeper sleep at night. I also find that I crave sweet drinks less.

I have been drinking Heart Formula tea for about 9 months now. I am pleased with the results. In my view, it increases energy levels and decreases fatigue. I am now able to play a full set of tennis with my daughter without getting totally winded. Even my muscle tone has improved, though I suspect this is because I feel healthier and am able to be more active now.
